Skateboarding

Skateboarding in the fall was awesome!!!  In the Spring you have everyone out all the time because they went all winter without.  But in the fall you have cool weather and most people (kids) are burnt out on it and so you get the skatepark to yourself.
Worst skate day ever though, was by far the day the fire station had their annual "Come Learn About The Fire Station Day" and the entire skate park parking lot was full of soccer mom's cars.  They have a life flight helicopter come and land at the fire station.  Well it blew me over and took my shirt off.
True Story.
Worst part?
That hill behind Max in the picture above that looks tiny but is huge, was full of first graders and their teachers and parents.

Max's 6th Birthday

Max wanted a Halloween dress Party again this year.

I made "monster finger" cookies

Bobbing for Apples was on the agenda again.

As was freezing cold temps and rain

So we decorated the "spooky" garage and had the party out there

But earlier that day we went to the Provo skatepark so Max could try out his new board.
