W.C.W Week 2

I've been painting everyday!
This first painting here, I painted once before the one shown.
(The first one was a disaster)




This second one here below, I painted twice before the one shown.
It is helping me learn from my mistakes to keep trying until I get a result I like.
This one was painted from a photograph I took.

    you paint snow beautifully... it is almost enough to cool me off as we suffer through a long hot Summer here in Australia...xx

    Beautiful paintings, you really capture the feeling of snow so well! And the birches... Love the waterside too, beautiful light and quiet, serene atmosphere.

    They are both beautiful and serene. The first one has a mysterious element, the other a brightness. You captured the moods of winter.

    Jenn, your dimensions are incredible! I really enjoy both. the first is a walk in the wilderness when looking at it and hoping i don't fall into the water. i can actually fell the russle in the second one. they are quite beautiful! happy PPF...

    Those trees with their knots and their bark, it is so realistic. Capturing so much of the details makes it so wondrous. Blessings, Janet PPF
