Watercolor Wednesday Week 6

These two are the same painting under different light.
It's interesting to see the difference the lighting makes.
I used spray webbing 
Salt
A pocket knife to scrape out whites
india ink

    Light does make a difference, doesn't it! I think I like the top one best - the colors are so rich! I am curious to know what kind of light you used with the two?

    Way cool!! Love the colors! I have never heard of spray webbing! Pretty neat! They look like 2 different paintings.

    I love the browns, blues and grays together. I think I like the top one where the light shines through a little better... But they're both lovely!

    The black spray webbing looks fantastic!
    It is very interesting how color look different in various lights.
    Love this painting...reminds me of canyons I've seen in real life!
