Watercolor Wednesday Week 43


 It's been a few weeks since I've painted and I was definitely feeling a little rusty.  I don't hate them, but I don't really love them either.  Guess I need to work on painting flowers.  They both were painted from photographs that my grandmother took probably 25+ years ago. The first one is poppies in a field and the second one is poppies next to a weathered fence.

  17. I think all three of these paintings are really lovely! :)
    The first image is my favorite...I am always drawn to that triad palette of secondary colors! They are a beautiful combination!
