Took a men's shirt, removed the pocket, laid one of Lilly's sleeveless dresses on top of the shirt and cut around it (making sure to cut a bit bigger to allow for seams). Made smaller sleeves out the existing ones and added elastic to the bottoms of the sleeves using the existing hem as the casing, evened out the bottom of the shirt and shortened it, and made a yellow tie for the waist. Now she has a new dress!
