Baby blue skirt

I got the inspiration for this skirt here.  But I didn't follow the instructions that were given there.  I just made it up as I went.  I made the bottom, a bubble skirt (mostly so I didn't have to finish the edge).  I used an old bed sheet because I really wanted to try the idea out and it was Sunday and couldn't go to the store.  I like just making my own patterns because for some reason it's easier for me to do.  When you have a pattern you didn't make yourself, it's hard to see how all those strange shapes come together to make the final project and when you do it yourself and figure it out it "makes sense." So anyways here it is.
